1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CauseCreative ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CauseCreative is an AI-powered platform that generates campaign materials for nonprofit fundraising, including copy, graphics, banners, and ambassador tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create content based on your inputs.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Misrepresent your organization or campaign
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or credit systems
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the Service
• Use the Service to spam or harass individuals

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service (organization data, photos, text). AI-generated content created through the Service is licensed to you for use in your fundraising campaigns. You may use generated content freely for your nonprofit activities.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated materials.

7. Ambassador Portal

The ambassador portal allows third parties to create personalized fundraising materials. You are responsible for ensuring that ambassadors using your portal comply with applicable laws and your organization's policies. We are not responsible for how ambassadors use the generated content.

8. Google Contacts Integration

The optional Google Contacts import feature accesses contacts with read-only permission solely to suggest outreach targets. Contact data is not stored on our servers. By using this feature, you confirm you have the right to access and use your contacts for fundraising outreach.

9. Payment and Credits

Certain features require credits or a paid subscription. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but we will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow retrieval.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
