Account Information

When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, and organization details. This information is used to create and manage your account.

Campaign Data

We collect information you provide to create campaigns, including your organization's website URL, mission statement, campaign goals, photos, and design preferences. This data is used to generate your campaign materials.

Ambassador Portal Data

When ambassadors use the portal, we collect their name, email address, optional relationship to the organization, personal fundraising story, and uploaded photos. This information is used to personalize their fundraising kit.

Google Contacts (Optional)

If an ambassador chooses to import Google Contacts, we request read-only access to their contacts through Google's OAuth system. We use this data solely to help them identify people to reach out to for fundraising. We do not store, save, or persist Google Contacts data on our servers. Contact data is fetched on-demand, held temporarily in the browser session, and discarded when the page is closed. We never modify, share, or sell contact data.

Usage Data

We automatically collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This helps us improve our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and deliver AI-generated campaign materials (copy, graphics, banners)
• To personalize ambassador fundraising kits
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To communicate with you about your account and our services
• To improve our platform and develop new features

4. AI Processing

We use third-party AI services (Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini) to generate text and images. Your campaign data and ambassador information may be sent to these services for processing. These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and do not use your data to train their models when accessed via their APIs.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• AI service providers (Anthropic, Google) for content generation
• Infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) for hosting and data storage
• Payment processors (Stripe) for billing

All providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, and access controls. Campaign data is stored in encrypted databases. AI-generated content is associated with your account and accessible only to you.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data and campaign materials for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Google Contacts data is never retained beyond the browser session.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use an ambassador cookie to remember returning ambassadors on the portal. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
